Group Information
Currie Park North - MRP is not a new Soccer Team. We are a new Group or Chapter working with The Park People of Milwaukee County Inc. part of the Weed Out Program.
Currie Park North - MRP will be working to remove invasive species along the Menomonee River Parkway North of Currie Park. The Group is planning to meet and work on removal of species like Burdock, Thistle and Teasel in late Spring and Summer of 2023. In the Fall of 2023, removal of the invasive species Buckthorn will start. The Project Goal this year is to "Help the Oaks!" The Oaks and Maples are few and the only remaining canopy trees left in the area.
Please help collaborate with us on these projects. The Group needs many volunteers. So spread the word in the community, schools, church groups and people interested in improving the Parkways appearance.

The Groups information will include posting comments, photos and volunteer information. Volunteers need to sign a waiver form which is also posted on this page. If youth groups are interested in helping, adult supervision must be supplied.

The Groups meeting location on May 20th, will be on Menomonee River Pkwy. & west Congress St. in Wauwatosa.

Waiver Information
Each person that Volunteers in the Milwaukee County Weed Out program will need to complete a waiver form A QR code version is listed next to this text. A web link is attached below and also a PDF version. Copies will also be available on site at meetings for the Volunteers to fill out.
